1. Service Warranty
Harsha Technologies stands by the quality of its repairs. We offer:
- 30-Day Service Warranty: On the specific issue fixed by our technician. If the same problem reoccurs within 30 days, we will fix it free of labor charges.
- Spare Parts Warranty: Replacement parts carry a warranty as per the manufacturer (usually 3-12 months). Physical damage or electrical surges void this warranty.
2. Doorstep Service Policy
Our technicians visit your home or office for inspection and repair.
- A minimum visiting/inspection charge applies if you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis.
- Repairs requiring major disassembly may require the device to be taken to our workshop. We ensure safe transport and return.
3. Privacy of Data
We respect your privacy. We do not access, view, or store any personal documents or data on your computers or hard drives during printer/projector repair. We only collect your contact details (Name, Phone, Address) to facilitate the service visit and warranty tracking.
4. Changes to Terms
Harsha Technologies reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
